Once Upon a Time in the West

A man walked into the lobby last night and, in a heavy NY accent, he says to me: "Let me ask you a question." 
The question was preambled by a short story about his trip to a nearby liquor store. While in the liquor store he saw a local walk in with a gun holstered on his hip and it blew his mind. "Is that legal here?" He wanted to know.
Yeah man, this is the wild, wild west! 
Then I told him about the time I was waiting for my kids at Little Anthony's and saw two guys with holsters on their hips, one had a gun and the other had a cell phone.
